Q. You only have one price for camping pitch fees. Is it the same for caravans, campervans, trailer tents, and tents? Yes just a one straight pitch fee for all (it’s easier for us). |
Q. There's one camping fee for pitches, so what if 3 or 4 of us want to share our caravan or tent? Price is per pitch per night, per tent, campervan or caravan, regardless of the numbers in the tent. We ask that there is no overcrowding and the maximum people allowed is the maximum berth of you tent, campervan or caravan, e.g. a four berth tent would allow a maximum of 4 to book in etc. We will not accept any overcrowding due to Health & Safety Issues. |
Q. Will I be allowed to bring my pet/s with me? Within reason you can bring your pets but please bear in mind that these animals are your responsibility and although you may love them, others may not. |
Q. I see that you are allowing 2 children (16 or under) to accompany each paying adult delegate. I have 3 children what am I supposed to do with other one? Whilst fully appreciating your dilemma we have to draw the line somewhere. However we have no objection to another delegate taking responsibility for your third child. |
Q. What, if any, washing facilities are there on site? We are providing showers, washing and toilet facilities for all delegates staying on site. |
Q. As I understand this is camping and caravanning will I have to cook all my own meals for the duration of the festival? Only if you want to. There will be caterers on site providing food if required. |
